Repository provisioning may take a moment while metadata and source configuration converge.

Durable path

The form creates a Noumena Code repository through the product API. The backend owns identity, authorization, and source provisioning.

After creation

New repositories can be initialized with a README, then open on the canonical repo page with normal backend read APIs.

Access model

Personal repositories use the authenticated session owner. Organization repositories require an explicit owner and backend repository-create authorization.

Contract

Supported inputs are name, description, owner mode, public/private visibility, and backend README initialization.
